What we collect
- Your account email address, used for authentication.
- Uploaded invoices, receipts, bills, and related business documents you choose to add to DocPay.
- Extracted fields (vendor, amount, dates, tax, etc.) generated from your documents.
Uploaded files may contain financial or tax information. You control what you upload.
How we store it
- Files are stored in private Supabase storage scoped to your account.
- Extracted data is stored in our Supabase database, protected by row-level security.
- We use AI / OCR to read document fields from the files you upload.
How we use it
- To provide DocPay's features: document tracking, reminders, payments, and reports.
- We do not sell your data. We do not share your documents with advertisers.
Your rights
- You can delete individual documents at any time from inside the app.
- You can request full deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us.
